Welcome to Brewzle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Brewzle website, memberships, online store, applications, content, communities, events, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Brewzle ("Brewzle," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

Certain features, purchases, memberships, events, promotions, or alcohol-related products may require you to be at least 21 years old, or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.

Orders and Payments

All orders placed through Brewzle are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, bots, or automated purchasing systems.

Prices, product availability, release timing, and product descriptions may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel affected orders, including after payment has been submitted.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Brewzle does not store full payment card information on our servers.

Memberships, Subscriptions, and Digital Content

Certain portions of the Services may include recurring memberships, subscriptions, private communities, or digital content access.

By enrolling in a recurring membership or subscription, you authorize recurring billing in accordance with the terms presented at checkout or during signup.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Membership fees are non-refundable
• Membership benefits may change over time
• Brewzle may modify or discontinue membership offerings at any time

Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, reproduction, or resale of member-only content is prohibited.

Shipping and Alcohol Compliance

Certain products may be subject to state or local alcohol shipping laws and restrictions.

By purchasing age-restricted products, you represent and warrant that:

• You and the recipient are of legal drinking age
• The purchase complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

An adult signature may be required upon delivery.

Brewzle is not responsible for shipments delayed, refused, returned, or confiscated due to local laws, carrier policies, or failed age verification.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our separate Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that violate our policies or involve abuse of the system.

User Content and Community Conduct

You may submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, social media posts, contest entries, Discord messages, or other content ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Brewzle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and promote such content in connection with Brewzle and its Services.

You represent that:

• You own or have permission to submit the content
• Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Post defamatory, obscene, hateful, or fraudulent content
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated purchasing software
• Impersonate Brewzle or another individual

Brewzle reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All Brewzle content, including logos, branding, graphics, videos, text, images, merchandise designs, and website materials, are owned by Brewzle or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit Brewzle content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services, including Shopify, Patreon, Discord, YouTube, and social media platforms.

Brewzle is not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Events and Community Participation

Participation in Brewzle events, meetups, festivals, livestreams, or community activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

Brewzle reserves the right to deny admission, remove participants, or revoke event access for misconduct, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms.

Photos and videos captured during events may be used for promotional or marketing purposes.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brewzle disclaims all warranties, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Services

• User Content
• Third-party services

In no event shall Brewzle’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Brewzle during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brewzle and its affiliates, employees, officers, partners, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Services
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

Termination

Brewzle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to Brewzle or others.

Termination does not affect obligations or rights accrued prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
