If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at support@brewzle.com. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to begin your return.

Refund Timeline

Once your return has been shipped, you should expect to receive your refund within approximately 4 weeks, although in many cases it is processed sooner. This timeframe includes the return shipping transit time of 5 to 10 business days, the time it takes us to process your return after it arrives (3 to 5 business days), and the time required for your bank to complete the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives broken, damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us right away. We will work with you to replace the item whenever possible.
