Returns Policy

We spend a lot of time making sure our products are of the highest standards because we want only the best for our customers.  So, we stand behind those products.   If you aren't satisfied for any reason, email us at support@brewzle.com and and we'll respond quickly with instructions for how to get your return started.  
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Many of our products are created on demand so it may take up to a week to create and ship your order.  If it's been more than a week and you have not received a notification of shipment, please email us at support@brewzle.com and we'll check on your order status.
