We take great care to ensure every Brewzle product meets the highest standards because we want only the best for our customers. We stand behind everything we sell.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at support@brewzle.com. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to begin your return.
Refund Timeline
Once your return has been shipped, you should expect to receive your refund within approximately four weeks. In many cases, refunds are processed sooner. This timeframe includes:

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives broken, damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us right away. We will work with you to replace the item whenever possible.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days, with shipping taking an additional few days after fulfillment. Please note that holidays may cause delays.
If it has been more than a week and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please email us at support@brewzle.com, and we will be happy to check on your order status.
All orders ship from the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping to avoid passing along high import fees or taxes to our customers. We will update this policy if it changes in the future.

What is Brewzle?
Brewzle is a whiskey-focused media brand and community built around bourbon, distilled spirits, and the people who enjoy them. We create videos, host events, produce exclusive barrel picks, and bring enthusiasts together online and in person.
What type of content does Brewzle make?
We create bourbon hunting videos, distillery profiles, tasting content, livestreams, and behind-the-scenes coverage of the whiskey world. Our content is available on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and through Brewzle Club memberships.
What are Brewzle Exclusive barrel picks?
Our barrel picks are selected in partnership with distillers, blenders, and independent producers. These releases feature unique barrels chosen specifically for the Brewzle community.
How can I buy Brewzle barrel picks?
Barrel picks are sold through our retail partner, Longhorn Wine and Spirits, via Bottle Nexus. Club members get early access, then all remaining bottles open to the public.
Where do you ship barrel picks?
Bottle Nexus, fulfilled by Longhorn Wine and Spirits, ships to forty-eight states. Shipping is not available to Utah or South Dakota. We currently do not ship internationally.
What events does Brewzle host?
We host an annual whiskey festival, distillery takeovers, virtual drop events, livestream gatherings, and other in person and online experiences throughout the year.
When is the next Brewzle Whiskey Festival?
The Brewzle Whiskey Festival is typically in the late summer or early fall. Sign up for updates here.
How do I join Brewzle events or barrel pick experiences?
Most events are open to the public unless noted otherwise. Barrel pick experiences are typically limited and reserved for Brewzle Club members.
What is the Brewzle Club?
The Brewzle Club is our membership program offering expanded access to content, events, and exclusive opportunities. Tiers vary in availability and benefits.
How do I join a higher tier level?
Higher tiers are limited because barrel picks and perks are in very high demand and supply is always tight, and we also want to reward our loyal members who have been with us for a long time. We reevaluate availability every few months and open spots as they become available. When a tier opens up, we announce it to current club members first, so the best way to move up is to join at the tier that makes sense for you now and keep an eye out for openings when they’re posted.
Do I need to be a Club member to enjoy Brewzle?
Not at all. All public content on YouTube and many events are open to everyone. Membership simply offers more access and deeper involvement for those who want it.
How do I stay up to date with Brewzle news and releases?
Join the Brewzle newsletter for updates on new videos, events, barrel picks, and upcoming features.
How do discounts and promotions work?
Promotions typically apply only to full priced items. Discounts cannot be combined, and they do not apply to our Oak Bowery Staves.
What can Brewzle gift cards be used for?
Brewzle gift cards can be used for merchandise purchases only, such as apparel and other items in our merch store. Due to alcohol payment regulations, gift cards cannot be used toward bottle shop items, bottle drops, or barrel picks.
Are there any limits on discounts?
Yes. Discounts are valid on full priced items only and cannot be stacked with other promotions. Oak Bowery Staves are excluded from all discounts.
Do Club discounts apply to everything in the store?
Club discount codes apply to select full priced and discounted merch. They cannot be combined with other promotions, and they do not apply to Oak Bowery Staves.
Does Brewzle take donation inquiries?
Brewzle receives many charitable requests each year. To ensure we review them fairly and efficiently, please complete the form here. We review submissions quarterly and will reach out directly if your request aligns with our community and current initiatives.
Is Brewzle open to interviews, event appearances, and other media inquiries?
Yes, Brewzle does consider select interviews, podcast appearances, and event opportunities that align with our brand, audience, and schedule. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we are highly selective about the opportunities we pursue.
All requests must be submitted through our official inquiry form. This allows our team to properly review the details and determine if it is a good fit. If we feel the opportunity aligns with Brewzle, a member of our team will reach out directly. If you do not hear back from us, it simply means we are unable to participate at this time.

Can I go bourbon hunting with Brewzle?
We appreciate the interest, but Brewzle does not take inquiries or requests to join us for bourbon hunting. Bourbon hunting content is planned and filmed independently as part of our production schedule, and we are not able to accommodate additional participants.
Can I send Brewzle a bottle or gifts as a fan?
Yes, we do accept bottles and gifts, but we ask that you contact us first before sending anything. Please email hello@brewzle.com with details on what you would like to send. This helps us ensure proper handling and confirm that it is something we are able to receive.
